While we attempt to provide accurate information on the Site, we do not warrant product descriptions or other content on this Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the Site is to return it for a full or partial refund as set forth in the shipping contract governing such purchase. All prices are USD.

The Site may contain links to external websites, to include Social Media websites. The Vault Athletique, is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement on these sites. Furthermore, The Vault Athletique, is not responsible for any offensive, defamatory, or obscene postings on these sites.
Privacy
The Vault Athletique, has created this privacy policy for your information and protection. The Vault Athletique, is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe that electronic security and customer privacy is necessary and therefore only use the personal information you provide to create a more personalized experience for you. Account information you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. The Vault Athletique., may use purchasing information including customer name, location, email address, phone number, and browsing behavior in order to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers' experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. The Vault Athletique., does not disclose your personal information to third parties accept as is required by law and when it is required to process your purchase (billing, shipping, etc.). The Site uses "cookies", a technology that installs a small amount of information on a customer’s computer to permit the Site to recognize future visits using that computer. Cookies enhance the customer’s shopping experience. For example, the information provided through cookies is used to offer personalized Site content and information for your use, to track your activity at the Site, to respond to your needs, and to otherwise enrich your shopping experience. You may choose to decline cookies if your browser permits, but doing so may affect your use of the Site and your ability to access certain features of the Site or engage in transactions through the Site.
Shipping
The Vault Athletique ships from within the United States. Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment.
RETURN POLICY
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online or by sending us an email (thevaultathletique@gmail.com) and we will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product purchase date. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit. Your order must be returned within two (2) weeks of receiving the RMA. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. REFUND POLICY
Refunds for returned items are always applied to the original payment method used to place your order. This would include the original credit card that was used at the time of purchase. Refunds to your credit card typically take up to 7 business days following a successful receipt of returned goods and post to your credit card statement. Depending on the billing cycle, it can take 1 to 2 billing cycles for their refund to post to your account.
In cases where the original credit card used for a purchase has been lost or stolen, we are unable to process refunds to a different credit card due to compliance and security protocols. In such instances, refunds will be provided as store credit, in the form of a gift card, or through an exchange of the returned product.
California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, (“CCPA”) "personal information" is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. Under the CCPA we must disclose the categories of personal information about California residents that we collect, sell, and/or disclose to third parties or service providers for a business purpose. Please see above for that information.
Please also be advised that we do not and will not sell personal information of our customers while this Privacy Policy remains in effect.
We are required to notify California residents, at or before the point of collection of their personal information, the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which such information is used. That information is provided herein and/or at the point of collection.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to make the following requests, at no charge, up to twice every 12 months:
Right of Deletion: California residents have the right to request deletion of their personal information that we have collected about them, subject to certain exemptions, and to have such personal information deleted, except where necessary for any of a list of exempt purposes.
Right to a Copy: California residents have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about them in the prior 12 months and to have this delivered, free of charge, either (a) by mail or (b) electronically in a portable and to the extent technically feasible/readily useable format that allows the individual to transmit this information to another entity without hindrance.
Right to Know - Right to Information: California residents have the right to request that we provide them certain information about how we have handled their personal information in the prior 12 months, including the categories of personal information collected; the sources for that personal information; the purpose for collecting and selling personal information; to whom we have disclosed that information.
